Straight answers

The questions owners ask first.

Is it safe to call at Libyan ports now?

Conditions differ by port and by week. Before any fixture we send you the current status of the port you plan to call: working hours, berth prospects and any notices. You decide with facts.

How do you keep the final account close to the estimate?

Every proforma is itemised against the current tariff. If a charge changes during the call, you hear it the same day, not on the final invoice.

Can you act for owners when the charterer has appointed the agent?

Yes. As protecting agent we work for you only, on the quay and with the authorities.

What do you need from us before arrival?

Vessel particulars, cargo details, crew list, P&I details and the ETA. We send the checklist for your port the day you appoint us.

Which ports do you cover?

All fifteen Libyan commercial ports and oil terminals, from Zuwara to Tobruk, with offices in Tripoli, Misurata, Benghazi, Tobruk and Marsa El Brega.

Do you work nights and weekends?

Yes. Ships do not keep office hours, and neither do we.
